At KCSON we believe that capacity building encourages participation by all those involved. We also further believe that knowledge is the foundation of capacity and that efficient information management greatly increases the probability of making timely, effective decisions.
KCSON organizes quite capacity building interventions that aim at equipping members with skills in fundraising, advocacy and lobbying, report writing, finance management, among others.
