With the main objective of skilling the youth out of school in different programs (welding, building and concrete practice and hair dressing). KCSON has sponsored 8 youth from Kikube and Kagadi Districts to attain desired skills at ST. Josephs Munteme Technical Institute. The training package integrates advocacy for Rights awareness and like skills development as well Natural Resource management. The anticipated change is enhanced skills for self-reliance, livelihood improvement and sustainable management and use of natural resource.
