With support from Finland Ministry of Foreign Affairs through International Alert, the (EBHR) project will focus on engaging and improving the capacity of different stakeholders — Government, CSOs, and the Private Sector — through BAPENECO secretariat hosted by KCSON in Bunyoro Sub-region.
